Excursions in the Archive

The Security Services Archive offers excursions for pupils and students of all types of schools. They can learn about archives in general and about the activities of the Archive of Security Services. Through examples of archival materials they can learn about some of the events in modern Czechoslovak history and about the informers of the former State Police. We can also help to explain the complicated resources produced by the security services. We can also arrange visits to the repositories and the digitisation and restoration workshops. The excursion programme can be adapted to suit your needs, including time and scope.

Participants: max 30 per group

Age: all types of school

Excursion length: to be agreed in advance (usually one hour)
